Behind the Fence: From Raw Materials to Installation

Time : 2025-07-15

At Treslam, we believe every great fence starts long before it’s installed. It begins with high quality raw materials and a commitment to creating sustainable and long lasting outdoor solutions.

In this article, we take you behind the scenes of how our second generation co extrusion WPC fencing is made, packed, and delivered to customers around the world.

First, the process starts with a carefully blended mix of recycled wood powder and high density polyethylene, also known as HDPE. These two materials are fused together to form the core of our composite fencing. The result is a product that is strong, eco friendly, and fully recyclable.

Next, the blend is sent through our advanced co extrusion molding machines. This is where the boards are shaped and coated with a protective outer layer that guards against fading, moisture, cracking, and stains. It is this extra layer that makes Treslam fencing truly low maintenance and built for long term performance outdoors.

After production, each board is carefully checked for quality, then securely packaged and stored in a clean warehouse environment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Once the order is ready, products are loaded into containers and shipped to customers around the world. Most of our shipments go to the United States, where our second generation WPC fencing has become a popular and trusted choice.

Finally, the fences are installed in backyards, gardens, and commercial properties. From raw materials to installation, every step reflects our focus on durability, safety, beauty, and care for the planet.
